Orphea: AI Music Detection & Global South Music Library (2026)
Open-source AI music detection dataset and model on Hugging Face, built to address the near-total omission of Global South music from AI training data (arxiv.org/abs/2412.04100). Spans 30+ musical traditions across Africa, Latin America, South/Southeast Asia and the Caribbean, with implications for artist royalty eligibility and training data equity.
Frontier AI Intel Briefer (2026)
An AI-powered briefing tool that turns frontier lab developments into executive-ready competitive intelligence, configurable by lab, focus area, and format in seconds.
Built an AI-native strategic operations prototype designed to synthesize fragmented customer, field, product, and operational signals into executive-ready recommendations, launch risk analysis, and GTM prioritization.

Harmonia Machina: La Fusión Latina de IA, Arte y Música (2024)
As an Artist in Residence at Prisma Studios in Lisbon, Portugal, my work "Harmonia Machina: La Fusión Latina de IA, Arte y Música", portrayed an immersive exhibition blending analog and digital media, AI systems, and live sound to explore cultural identity through hybrid human-machine expression.

Hosted by AI Future Lab, the conference brings together leaders across technology, education, policy, and innovation to examine how young people can not only adapt to the AI era, but actively help shape it.
Part of team which that helped The Newsroom, a non-profit fighting misinformation and to promote plurality online, build a Chrome extension. The extension tool generates a trust score to online news articles and identifies hate speech, fake news, and political claims.
Part of team which will help reduce the cost of malaria elimination campaigns by ensuring that field workers locate and treat contaminated water bodies. Based on available online satellite images, topography, and ongoing data from the field workers, Generated system of models that could accurately detect small bodies of water with an accuracy rate of 89%.
Co-founded as part of the WEF Global Shapers Community. Built a multi-continent network of next-gen AI leaders across policy, ethics, health, and climate working groups. Research led to a published World Economic Forum article on responsible AI governance.
Presenting at LatinX in AI Workshop at NeurIPS 2020. Built a classification model to detect tick-borne skin lesions in comparison to mosquito bites and healthy skin. The model is being built into an app to help people around the world identify if a skin lesion resulted from a tick and whether they should seek help from a medical professional. Global Interactive Music Map is an interactive sonic passport across 178 countries, designed to help people discover music beyond the algorithm. Each capital unlocks curated playlists spanning decades, genres, and hidden gems, from Cambodian psych rock to Greenlandic electronica, turning music discovery into a journey through culture, curiosity, and connection.
